Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar Recipe - Fragole all'Aceto Balsamico

I N G R E D I E N T S
Strawberries- hulled	1 pound
Balsamic vinegar -a nebulizer with which to apply it-	2 tablespoons
Cane sugar	3 tablespoons

1	If the strawberries are large- halve or quarter them. Put them in a bowl- spray the vinegar over them- and gently them- let them rest for 15 minutes- turning them again twice. Sprinkle the cane sugar over them- gently stir again- and serve at once.
